NEW HAVEN POLICE & STATE TASK FORCE MAKE MULTIPLE NARCOTICS ARRESTS

NEW HAVEN- On Thursday evening, members of the Statewide Narcotics Task Force, comprised in part by New Haven police officers, executed a search and seizure warrant at 19 Stevens Street. Approximately 2 grams of suspected crack cocaine were seized from the residence. Princess Archie, a 23-year-old New Haven resident was arrested for numerous narcotic related charges. “The outcome of this investigation will help improve the quality of life in the Hill neighborhood of New Haven,” said Sgt. Lisa Daddio.
Also on Thursday evening, as part of an ongoing investigation concerning drug dealing within the City, two individuals were arrested at 436 Middletown Avenue. Members of the task force arrested 28-year-old Jose Hernandez of 436 Middletown Avenue for numerous narcotics offenses, 3 outstanding warrants and for interfering with police. Also arrested was 22-year-old Gabriel Hernandez of 732 Quinnipiac Avenue for outstanding warrants. Approximately 48 grams of suspected crack cocaine were seized during this investigation. A search of the residence led to an additional seizure of approximately 27 grams of suspected powder cocaine, scales, cutting agents and packaging materials.
